Secure payment
The prices applicable to each Product will be those published on the Website on the date on which the User places the Order. Although FRESIA tries to make sure that all prices listed on the Website are correct, errors may occur. In this case, FRESIA will inform the User as soon as possible of the error and will give the option to reconfirm the Order at the correct price or cancel it. If FRESIA fails to contact the User, the Order will be considered canceled and the User will be fully reimbursed the amounts paid.
FRESIA will not be obliged to provide the User with any Product at the wrong lower price (even if the Shipping Confirmation has been sent) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous and could have been reasonably recognized by the User as the incorrect price.
Prices may change at any time. However, possible changes will not affect Orders with respect to which FRESIA has already sent the Order Confirmation.
The User may make the payment by credit or debit cards Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, cash on delivery (Correos) or through PayPal. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the data of the User's credit card will be encrypted. Whether the payment method is made by credit or debit card or through PayPal, the charge will be made at the time when FRESIA sends the Order Confirmation to the User.
