Package shipping

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, via UPS with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer certified shipping via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your articles in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Shipments will always be by courier between 24 and 72 hours. Delivery times will begin when the order leaves our facilities. However, the delay in delivery will not imply any compensation. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the user. fresiawoman.com does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete.

Orders placed before 1:30 p.m. They will be prepared and issued the same day. For orders after this time, the shipment will be made the next business day, not considering Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The shipping cost is € 5 throughout the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (Spain and Portugal).

The shipping cost to the Canary Islands is € 7.50.

Fresia does not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

It will be the client's responsibility to ensure that the package is in good condition at the time of delivery. In this way, if the package is open or if due to the appearance of the packaging, doubts or suspicions arise about violations of the inviolability of the product, the customer must not receive it, notifying Fresia immediately by phone or e-mail.

Return policy

Legal Right to Withdraw from Purchase to Right to Withdrawal

You have up to 15 days after receiving your order to change it for another size, model or request your return. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify FRESIA, at the address, Elche (Alicante), Calle Almansa nº65 with zip code 03206, or by writing to us at info@fresiawoman.com, your decision to withdraw from the contract through of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal or electronic mail).

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right be sent before the corresponding deadline expires, 15 days from its delivery.

Consequences of withdrawal

The refund will be made within 1 to 15 working days after we receive your return in our warehouses and verify the status of the items returned. Remember that the payment will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.

Unless you make the return of the goods personally in our Warehouse, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods, being able to use the messaging that suits you. We recommend that you hire a shipping service with package tracking, since we are not responsible for any item that does not reach our offices.

Return or replacement of defective products

In the event that you consider that at the time of delivery the Product does not comply with the provisions of the contract, you should contact FRESIA immediately through our email to the contact address info @ fresiawoman .com providing the data of the Product, as well as informing of the defect / damage it has indicating if you opt for the return or replacement for an identical Product.

In the event that the return or replacement proceeds, FRESIA will reimburse the User in full the price of the Product including shipping costs. If the User has opted for the replacement, FRESIA will bear all shipping costs.

COMMON PROVISIONS FOR RETURNS

The User must meet the following requirements to make use of the right of withdrawal, as well as to be able to make returns and replacements of Products:

  • • IV. The refund will be made in the same means of payment that the User used to pay for the Product.
